  2. Review: Our team will review the provided information and determine the validity of your claim.

  3. Refund/Exchange: If your claim is approved, we will either:

    • Refund the amount paid for the item to your original payment method, or

    • Exchange the product for an authorized alternative of your choice.

Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received in error.
